News Release: Venn welcomes JEDI and NouLAB

Venn Innovation would like to officially welcome two of our community partners to our centre: Joint Economic Development Initiative (JEDI) and NouLAB.

JEDI is an Indigenous not-for-profit organization dedicated to working with partners to foster Indigenous economic development in New Brunswick. Founded in 1995 as a tripartite partnership, JEDI provides its clients with a variety of Indigenous business and workforce development services.  JEDI serves Indigenous people across New Brunswick and works closely with partners in the public and private sector.

On a different scope, Noulab, which is a partnership between the Pond-Deshpande Centre and the NB Social Policy Research Network, aims to help the public and innovators act together in order to address the most pressing social, environmental, and economic challenges in the region. By connecting change agents from across sectors, convening them around pressing issues, and facilitating their journey to deep change, NouLAB is making the change process smarter.

These partner organizations are a great addition to the energy dynamic at Venn, and they represent a lot of exciting potential as well as new collaborative opportunities for the startup community.
